Shine Art in Saijo, a collaboration art event of Pastel Shine Art and the Biggest Painting in the World, was held at Tanbara Bunka Kaikan in Saijo City, Ehime Prefecture, hosted by Ms Seiko Suga of Shine & Earth, backed by Saijo City and its board of education. Mr. Shinichi Emura of Pastel Shine Art participated in it.
